The “Raw Straight” and “Raw curly” sections of the Website also offer the sale of the products online (hereafter “INCH DEALER Online Boutique”), the terms of which are set out on the Inch Dealer Terms of Sale, forming an overall contract with legal notices and Terms of Use below at the Privacy section.

Access to the Website and use of its content and functions are governed by the following Terms of Use. By accessing, browsing and using the Website’s functions, you unconditionally accept the clauses set out below.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Inch Dealer and/or its affiliates around the world own the domain name “InchDealer.com”. The Website as a whole and the products sold on it, as well as all the associated intellectual property (such as texts, site maps, programmes, databases, animations, photographs, illustrations, logos, brands and designs are the exclusive property of Inch Dealer and/or its affiliates around the world.
The use of all or part of the Website, including by downloading, reproduction, transmission, presentation or distribution, for purposes other than for your personal and private use, commercially or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. In the event of failure to comply with these provisions, the penalties provided by law will be applied. 
When you use a “Share” function on the Website to share a INCH DEALER product, event or message, you acknowledge and accept that the content available for sharing must only be used for purely personal purposes, excluding any commercial use on websites or web pages and/or other commercial digital media.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inch Dealer strives to ensure that the information available via the Website is accurate and up-to-date. However, Inch Dealer gives no warranty that such information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Inch Dealer gives no warranty, express or implied, in respect of all or part of the Site.
Subject to the specific provisions for online sales, Inch Dealer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, irrespective of the cause, origin, nature and consequence, arising from browsing and use of the Website. Welcome to INCH DEALER (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through www.InchDealer.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through our webshop. Deviations are valid only if agreed upon in writing.

2. PRODUCTS

We sell 100% raw human hair extensions and related beauty products. As each item is natural, slight variations in color, texture, or wave pattern may occur. These are normal and not considered defects. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee performance once the hair is opened, colored, chemically treated, or altered.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are placed exclusively via www.InchDealer.com. All prices are in Euro (€) and include Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Credit Card, Inch Dealer gift card, PayPal, ApplePay,  iDEAL and Bancontact. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or non-compliance with these Terms.

3.1 PAYMENT POLICY

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis;

We ask you to keep your billing address and shipping address the same;

Enter the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If there is showing a pending transaction on your card after being declined, the payment will fall off. It's only showing you attempted to make the transaction.

4. SHIPPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 6- 10 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier but are typically 1- 2 business days for domestic orders and 2- 7 business days for international orders. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

4.1 SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Tracking updates may take up to 24– 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4.2 DELAYED PACKAGES 

Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier backlogs — especially for international shipments. Unfortunately, once the package is in transit, we cannot control or expedite the delivery process.

If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the expected delivery window):

  1. Please check your tracking number for updates.
  2. Contact the carrier directly for the most accurate information.
  3. If the delay exceeds (e.g., 15 business days for domestic / 30 business days for international), contact us at contact@inchdealer.com, and we will assist in filing an inquiry with the carrier.

4.3 LOST PACKAGES

A package is considered lost if the tracking shows no movement for an extended period (typically 15– 30 days), and the carrier confirms that it cannot be located. If your package is declared lost by the carrier we will open a claim on your behalf. If the claim is approved, you may receive either a replacement or a store credit, depending on product availability. Refunds or replacements are issued only after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms loss.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If tracking shows that the order was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal office. Contact the carrier directly to open a delivery investigation.

4.5 INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete:

The carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

4.6 RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by external factors beyond our control, including theft, damage, customs delays, or carrier errors. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving shipping problems by contacting the carrier and filing claims when appropriate.

4.7 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs and import procedures vary by country. Delays due to customs inspections or duties are outside our control. Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend monitoring your tracking updates regularly and contacting your local customs office if your parcel appears to be held.

4.8 CONTACT STORE

When contacting us, please include your:

Full name;

Order number;

Tracking number;

Description and photos (if applicable).

By placing an order with InchDealer.com, you agree to this Lost, Damaged, and Delayed Packages Policy.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, raw human hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging seal has been opened, broken or the product has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, or altered in any way.

This is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), which excludes hygiene-sensitive goods from the EU right of withdrawal once opened.

5.1 STORE CREDIT POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an issue occurs due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong length, texture, or item received), you may be eligible for store credit.

To qualify:

You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order;

The product must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging;

Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product and packaging are required.

If approved:

We will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs);

Store credits are valid for 18 months from the issue date;

Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used on future purchases at www.InchDealer.com.

To request a store credit, email contact@inchdealer.com with your order number and reason for the request.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU Consumers)

Under Dutch and EU law, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to products that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. Including human hair extensions, wigs, and closures. If the packaging remains sealed, unopened and not broken, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

This policy ensures compliance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek)

To exercise this right:

Contact us in writing via contact@inchdealer.com within 14 calendar days;

You must return the item in its original, unopened condition within 7 calendar days of notifying us;

The consumer is are responsible for return shipping costs;

Refunds will be issued using store credit within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. PRODUCT CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Hair extensions require professional installation and care. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, chemical treatments, or improper maintenance. Once altered, the product is no longer eligible for store credit or replacement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, opportunity, or data, resulting from product use or misuse.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where the consumer resides or where our business is located, in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer protection laws.
