We invite you to contact the Customer Service Department for the INCH DEALER Online Boutique at Contact or reach us through My Account.

From Monday to Friday: 10h- 19h

From the ”Log In” section, click the link ”Register” which directs you to the create an account form. Simply enter the required information into the field marked with an asterisk and click “Submit.”

By signing in to your account, you can:

Change your account information;

Change your password;

Save multiple adresses;

Create and share your wishlist.

The subscription also gives you the option of receiving news from INCH DEALER.

To access the My Account section, enter your username and password into the “Sign In” window.


Pleas click the “Forget Password” link. You will automatically receive an e-mail prompting which allows you to create a new password.

Your invoice will be attached to the form to the confirmation e-mail that you receive after your order has been shipped.

If you have an account, you may also access your invoice by going to My Account and then to “Orders.” By clicking the “Download Invoice” link, your invoice is displayed an ready to print.

ORDERing

Pre-order is the ability to order items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance reservation online.

We will notify you via e-mail when your pre-order item becomes available. You will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your item is shipped. Pre-orders can not be changed or canceled.

A product that is temporarily out of stock will be available to backorder. To place a backorder, simply click the backorder button and proceed with checkout.

Backorder items usually ship within 2 weeks once they become available. You will receive e-mails notifying you of your order and shipping status.

Your backorder item will ship to the address entered during checkout. Backorders can not be changed or canceled.

After selecting the product you wish to order through the INCH DEALER Online Boutique, please click “Add to bag”.

You may view and edit the contents of your bag at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon found at the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking “review”, you will be able to validate or edit your shopping bag and then proceed to checkout.

Once your payment has been made, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

When viewing your bag, you are given the option of attaching a personalized gift recipient.

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in a INCH DEALER keepsake gift box or satin bag.

INCH DEALER offers shipping services for domestic and international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Orders must be placed by 12pm CET to start processing on the same day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Domestic delivery time (excluding processing time) is 1- 2 business days.

International delivery time (excluding processing time) is 2- 7 business days.

Orders placed through the INCH DEALER Online Boutique are processed by the INCH DEALER teams. Please see available options at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent. When available this confirmation e- mail will include your Track and Trace code to follow you shipment.

Regretfully, we are unable to modify or cancel your INCH DEALER order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Exchange or return may be accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return eligible items for store credit. We invite you to view our Terms and Conditions at Shipping and Return.

All exchange and return of merchandise will be subjected to the final decision of INCH DEALER.
