SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

  

 

PAYMENT POLICY

  • All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

  • We ask you to keep your billing address and shipping address the same.

  • Enter the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If there is showing a pending transaction on your card after being declined, the payment will fall off. It's only showing you attempted to make the transaction.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard processing time is within 1- 3 business days.
  • Standard processing time during sale periods can take up to 10- 14 business days.

  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders must be placed by 12pm CET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

  • Delivery time ( excluding processing time ) is 1-2 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Inch Dealer offer shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

  • Delivery time ( excluding processing time ) is 2-7 business days depending on destination.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on Inch Dealer's behalf or under special circumstances. ( ALL HAIR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS ). Your exchange will be declined if the hair is not shipped back within 3 days. Your exchange will also be declined if the hair is not in it's original state. The Inch Dealer hair seal MUST NOT be broken. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange. If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

  

DUTIES & TAXES

Customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. 

  

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on InchDealer.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Inch Dealer Customer Service to track your order. 

 

PLEAS NOTE

  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch holidays.
  • No changes can be made once your order has been placed. 

  • International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

  • International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon.

  • Once your package is received by PostNL or DPD, we are no longer responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
