SHIPPING AND RETURN
PROCESSING TIME
Standard processing time is within 6- 10 business days;
Standard processing time during sale periods can take up to 10- 14 business days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders must be placed by 12 PM CET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 6- 10 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Delivery time (excluding processing time) is 1- 2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
INCH DEALER offer shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.
Delivery time (excluding processing time) is 2- 7 business days depending on destination.

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 6- 10 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on InchDealer.com, “sign in” to access “My Account” that will contain your order information. You can also contact INCH DEALER Customer Service Department to track your order.
CANCELLATION
Regretfully, we are unable to modify or cancel your INCH DEALER order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
RETURN
Exchange or return may be accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return eligible items for store credit, subject to the conditions below.
All exchange and return of merchandise will be subjected to the final decision of INCH DEALER.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, returned hair extensions must meet all of the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging;
The hair must not have been opened, unwrapped, brushed, washed, dyed, cut, installed, or otherwise tampered with;
The original security seals, tags and ties must be intact and unbroken.
For health and hygiene reasons, returned products must meet the above requirements or cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us that you wish to return your item(s). After you receive confirmation from INCH DEALER Customer Service Department, you must ship the item back within 7 calendar days.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Email contact@inchdealer.com with your order number and reason for return;
2. Our team will confirm whether your item is eligible and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA);
3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked and insured service;
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit within 14 calander days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a digital gift card or credit code. Store credits are valid for 18 months from the issue date and can be applied to any future purchase on www.InchDealer.com.
DEFECT OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@inchdealer.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace or credit the item after inspection.
DUTIES & TAXES
Customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees.
PLEASE NOTE
A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch holidays;
No changes can be made once your order has been places;
International orders cannot be shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses;
International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon;
Once your package is received by PostNL or DPD, we are no longer responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
